Dr Wendy Chow is a highly regarded and compassionate General Practitioner with over 14 years of clinical practice.
She has a special interest in mental health and wellbeing and particularly enjoys offering care across paediatric, adolescent, and women’s health, making her a go-to GP for patients of all ages. With extensive experience in caring for individuals and families across the many stages of life, Dr Chow is passionate about providing continuity of care and patient-centrered holistic care.
Born in Singapore and raised in Western Australia, Dr Chow completed her medical studies at the University of Western Australia and spent over a decade practicing in metro Perth and rural areas before living in Shanghai, Manila and Singapore. This multicultural upbringing and global experience gives her a unique perspective on patient care, further enriched by her participation in volunteer medical missions and in teaching medical students whilst abroad. Upon her return to Australia Dr Chow has settled in Brisbane with her family and resumes to clinical practice.
In her leisure time Dr Chow loves travelling, camping and painting and cherishes time spent playing sports with her children.
